and layer colours<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mixed media concepts of layering<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How to use stencils to create dimensional effects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is a beginner friendly tutorial where anyone with no knowledge of decoupage or mixed media can also join the course and learn the process and make the project themselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
