Hello my dear friends! This is Deepti and Welcome to our April Challenge where the theme is Watercolors. When I first heard about the challenge, I came up with an idea of making ‘simple ombre watercolor cards’ . I wanted to keep them pretty simple as I know many of you are afraid of water colors. Don’t worry, I’m one among them! LOL! In order to get rid of your fear towards water colors, here I am today with these examples. These are one layer cards and I hope you like them, would give them a try! Enjoy! 🙂
I used the newly released Moroccan Spice, Soulmate and Ocean Breeze Liquid Water Colors from Craftangles.
- I started by applying the strokes of liquid water colors right from concentrated to diluted colors.
- Once the watercolor is dry, I added splatters of the same ink.
- Then stamped the sentiment and finished the cards.
