\nThe theme of the challenge is Altered Journal Cover \/ Art Journal Page,<\/div>\n
\n I decided to create for you a cover for the Art Journal, in a monochrome style.<\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n

\n\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n

\nThe first step was to paint the cover with Charcoal Gesso<\/a>,<\/div>\n
\n then to reflect the pattern from the Stencil<\/a> with Texture Paste<\/a>.<\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\n\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\nThen I glued chipboard and resin castings,<\/div>\n
\nwhich I also painted with Charcoal Gesso, <\/div>\n
\nand added crystal cabochons.<\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\n\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\nI used Iridescent<\/a> art waxes to color the background.<\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\n\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\nand to emphasize the color and details of the work,<\/div>\n
\n I used colored Art Waxes<\/a>,<\/div>\n
\nat the end I splash everything with shiny paints.<\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\nMy altered Art Journal cover is a good start to create your pages in it,<\/div>\n
\n I hope you will also create your unique Art Journal, <\/div>\n
\nall the more so because there is a challenge in which you can win wonderful surprises.<\/div>\n
