Shades of Rainbow in patterned papers? I have two fun cards for you today using CrafTangles patterned papers and various dies. This is a great way to use up your patterned paper scraps. If you are inspired come along and play the CrafTangles &#8216;<strong>Shades of Rainbow<\/strong>&#8216; challenge this month <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.craftadda.com\/craftangles-monthly-challenge-june-2021\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HERE<\/a> .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.craftadda.com\/craftangles-monthly-challenge-june-2021\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.craftadda.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/30-June-2021-Shades-of-Rainbow.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-123964\" title=\"\"><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\">Here is the glimpse of 2 shades of rainbow patterned paper cards:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.craftadda.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/final-257.jpg\" alt=\"shades of rainbow\n\" class=\"wp-image-124657\" title=\"\"><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">For the first card, I used papers from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hndmd.com\/search?search=craftangles%20paper%20pack&amp;bfilter=a25:711;a20:248;\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CrafTangles &#8216;Plaid&#8221; 6&#215;6 paper pack and some assorted scraps<\/a>..sorry its been a while so, I could not find the exact paper packs.<br><br>I created a grey background using black Soot distress ink and CrafTangles &#8216;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hndmd.com\/craftangles-6x6-stencil-rays-ctcs27\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Rays&#8217;<\/a> stencil so that the colours would pop a bit. I heat embossed a sentiment from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hndmd.com\/craftangles-photopolymer-stamps-you-are-in-my-thoughts-ctps85?search=craftangles%20stamps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CrafTangles &#8220;You are in my thoughts&#8221; stamp set<\/a> on a black scalloped oval piece of Card stock and adhered it with 3D foam tape. I added some glittery stars to finish the panel which I then adhered to an approximately 4&#8243;x8&#8243; card base to make a slimline card.<br>You can see my process in the video at the end of this post.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.craftadda.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/final-259.jpg\" alt=\"Rainbow shades patterned paper card\" class=\"wp-image-124662\" title=\"\"><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">For the second card, I started by die cutting some numbers from some CrafTangles patterned paper scraps.<br>I then created a back ground panel using CrafTangles &#8216;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hndmd.com\/craftangles-photopolymer-stamps-schematics-background-ctps113\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">schematics background<\/a>&#8216; texture stamp. I then adhered the die cuts and added an embossed sentiment in the centre to complete the card.
