Neha here. I am once again showcasing the craftangle\u2019s latest released liquid water colors<\/a>.
\nThis time I tried coloring different diecuts with these colors.
\nLet\u2019s start with the first one…<\/p>\n

I have used just one color \u2013 eggplant <\/a>for coloring the diecut. It is amazing how it breaks down into various shades of blues and violets. Both the dies <\/a>are by simon says stamp. I chose simple, light grey card base to accentuate the colourful die cut. Eggplant is my favorite color from this release.<\/p>\n

For second card, I have used this 3d flower die by altenew. I cut all the layers from water color card stock.<\/p>\n

\nFor the largest die cut, I have used pretty peony<\/a> & pumpkin orange<\/a>, for center highlight  – mix of rosewood <\/a>and eggplant <\/a>and for leaf poison ivy<\/a>. Using watercolor paper for die cut allows you to build layers of colors.<\/p>\n

Here, once again I die cut water color paper with mft coverplate and used few negative sections for ocean. I have used ocean breeze from previous release to color water & eggplant for whale. Stamps are by Jane\u2019s Doodles. <\/p>\n

For next 4 cards, I used Spellbinder dies and cut water color paper. Wet the entire die cuts with water and just drop different colors on them to create such vivid look. I also added  stripes at the bottom of card with a small flat brush. It is so easy to create such cards.<\/p>\n

\nNext two are just background i created. Many times I make such backgrounds when idea clicks and save it for future use. They come extremely handy when you need a quick card.<\/p>\n

\nI applied a wash of eggplant color on water color paper. Let it completely dry. Stamped and embossed images in gold, colored inside with water colors. You can see the unfinished part at the bottom. It really gives khadi wala block print look.
\nSecond one is a background stamp by mft. I gold embossed it and colored the roses with different colors having darker in the centre and diluting it as i go farther.<\/p>\n

\nI didn\u2019t do it precisely as it is background after all. But you can add multiple layers to give it depth.<\/p>\n

 Last one is just a pointer for you all!
\nAs a child, I use to use water color and tooth brush to make splatter. I just did that with stencil.<\/p>\n

\nStencils with more open space works well. You can use multiple colors and different angles for interesting results. Keep tooth brush far from stencil while spraying for finer mist.
\nI haven\u2019t tried but add these colors with water in a mini mister and your spray-paint is ready to go.
