\nToday I have an altered bottle for you.<\/span><\/div>\n
\nTo make it look really old I used the Rust Effect Texture Paste and Patina Effect Paste set from Craftangles. <\/span><\/div>\n
\nWith these sets it you can transform an ordinary object and turn it in to something special with a wonderful rusty look.<\/span><\/div>\n

\nI used the Rusty Effect Texture Paste for my base, the bottle. Before putting the Charcoal Gesso on I wrapped my bottle in torn papers and added extra thread to keep the papers in place and some extra texture. The elements I adhered to the bottle became a coat of white gesso.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nWhy two colours, because the rust works best on the black and the patina on white. If you would like to know how I did this, I made a video of the process.<\/span><\/p>\n
