Hello Crafty Soul,<\/p>\n

We are excited to announce that we are looking for 3-4 artists to join our existing design team. We are looking for artists who specialize in either of the following areas: Mixed Media, Decoupage, scrapbooking and albums. The design team call is open to both Indian as well as International designers.<\/p>\n

To give you a brief intro about us, we are CrafTangles, a leading Indian crafts brand. We are part of HNDMD, one of India\u2019s leading online art and craft store. We manufacture card and mixed media supplies including patterned papers, stamps, stencils, decoupage products, sequins, cardstocks, heat transfer foils, chalky paints, art waxes, texture pastes and much more. So over the next 2 weeks, we are calling upon all the crafty souls and artsy minds to be a part of our journey where we create and share some real handmade goodness.<\/p>\n

Promotion<\/b> of your name and work on our social media channels including a blog, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest.<\/p>\n

Custom watermark and badge<\/b> to display on your blog and other social media channels<\/p>\n

\nWhat do we expect from you?<\/b><\/p>\n

Work as a team<\/b> with the HNDMD team as well as other design team members. We are a very ethical and customer-centric company and want to make creativity enjoyable as well as professional to all our team members.<\/p>\n

Projects<\/b>: We expect at least 2 projects every month. More would always be welcome. In any special case, if we require a specific\/additional project from you, we would inform you in advance.
We expect the project posts to be detailed and of use to the end user, in essence, that the end reader loves it and takes inspiration from it while highlighting our products and different techniques that they can be used with.<\/p>\n

Photos <\/b>\u2013 \u2018A Picture tells a thousand words\u2019 \u2013 You should be able to take good photos of your projects. They are a showcase of your creativity and work. We would always want it to be top notch \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

Deadlines <\/b>\u2013 The projects would have deadlines with respect to you as well as other designers. You should be able to work with them.<\/p>\n

\nVideo Content<\/b> \u2013 One of the two posts every month needs to contain a video (flip through \/ tutorials\/product reviews\/techniques etc.). So if you have a large following on YouTube, do let us know. It would surely earn you a few brownie points and in case, you choose to be part of our Design Team, a few extra goodies.<\/p>\n

Blogs and Social Media<\/b> \u2013 We expect our DT members to be active on their blogs and social media including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Pinterest (optional). Our Design Team members are the creative face of our company, and we expect them to promote CrafTangles and HNDMD wherever possible including social groups, your own blog and social media accounts.
Our DT members cannot work with any other Indian brand with similar products.<\/p>\n

Feedback <\/b>\u2013 We may provide you with a few samples of our products pre-launch and we would expect honest feedback on the same to us.<\/p>\n

Tenure <\/b>\u2013 You would be part of our design team till June 2019<\/p>\n
