on a white card stock.<\/li>\n<li>Applied versafine clear ink.<\/li>\n<li>Applied Perfect pearls pigment powders and buffed off excess powder.<\/li>\n<li>I sprayed perfect pearls silver powder mixed in water on this panel and also on card base.<\/li>\n<li>I foam mounted these panels on card base and stamped sentiment in Black ink.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\nDo tag us with your
