\nSince it is the holiday season,
\nI\u2019d like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year well in
\nadvance. <\/div>\n
\nFor today, I\u2019ve created 5 cards
\nand a set of 4 mixed media atcs for the holidays<\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n

\nCard 1<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n

For this card, I stamped the adorable bear &
\nsentiment from the CrafTangles BearingGifts Stamp<\/a> onto CansonWatercolor Paper<\/a> & then did watercoloring with Zig Clean Color Real BrushMarkers<\/a>. I\u2019ve matted the card panel with a stitched rectangle die cut, cut from
\nCrafTangles Rich Red Cardstock<\/b><\/a> which
\nis the perfect color for Christmassy creations<\/span><\/p>\n

\nCard 2<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n
\nFor this card, I
\nwanted to create a night time snowfall scene, so I used the CrafTangles Skyline Stencil<\/b><\/a> which has
\ndetachable pieces that can be used as masks. So I used the skyline mask to mask
\noff the black cardstock and sponged on picket fence distress ink onto the rest
\nof the cardstock. Then I added the windows with a white sharpie. And then to
\ncreate the snowfall, I applied White Gesso through the CrafTangles Speckles Stencil<\/b><\/a>. The sentiment was stamped from the CrafTangles Seasons Greeting Stamp<\/b><\/a>. I
\nadded a few silver star sequins to finish the card. <\/div>\n

\nFor this card, the
\nfocal element is the cute reindeer, I sponged it on using Black Soot distressink<\/a>, a sponge dauber and CrafTanglesChristmas Elements stencil<\/b><\/a>. The sentiment is from the CrafTangles Seasons Greeting Stamp<\/b><\/a>. CrafTangles Moss Green Cardstock<\/b><\/a> was used to create the mat. For
\nembellishment, I added a little silver bow and red pearl to the neck of the
\nreindeer. <\/div>\n

\nFor this card,
\nthe soft green background was created by sponging on the christmassy images
\nfrom the CrafTangles ChristmasBackground Stencil<\/a> <\/b>using Cracked Pistachio Distress Oxide<\/a>. The sentiment
\nwas stamped from the CrafTangles SeasonsGreeting Stamp<\/b><\/a>. I used a cute little penguin sticker as the focal element
\nof this card. The bright green pop in the card is from CrafTangles Sap Green Cardstock<\/b><\/a>.<\/div>\n

\nCard 5<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n
\nFor this card, CrafTangles Ruby Red Cardstock<\/a> <\/b>was used
\nto die cut the main card panel. The sentiment is from the CrafTangles Seasons Greeting Stamp<\/a>. <\/b>I used a glittery foam dove as
\nthe focal element and the wreath is a die cut, I used the vibrant CrafTangles Sap Green Cardstock<\/a> <\/b>to die
\ncut the wreath & then embellished it with silver sequins. <\/div>\n

\nMixed Media Artist Trading Cards or ATCs<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n
\nThe organic
\nlooking backgrounds for these ATCs were created using Sprays and Pigment
\nPowders. The sentiments were stamped using CrafTanglesSeasons Greeting Stamp<\/b><\/a> & the focal elements were sponged on using
\ndistress oxides through the CrafTanglesChristmas Elements Stencil<\/b><\/a>. The gifts in one of the atcs were stamped using
\nthe CrafTangles Bearing Gifts Stamp<\/b><\/a>.
\nSnow was added using white gesso <\/a>and the CrafTanglesSpeckles Stencil<\/b><\/a>. The edges of 2 of the atcs were deckled and the edges of
\nall the atcs were darkened & distressed with black soot distress ink<\/a>. Details
\nwere added with silver stickes, antique gold perfect pearls, glitter and a
\nwhite sharpie pen. In the end, the panels were adhered to white atc sized bases
\n(2.5 by 3.5 inches) to give a finished look.<\/p>\n
