Over to you Neha&#8230;<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Hello Crafty Friends, <\/p>\n<p>I am back with a post regarding the newest addition to the CrafTangles line of products \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hndmd.com\/craft-supplies\/foils\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Reactive Foils<\/a>. These foils, in presence of heat and pressure, reacts with the toner(ink) of  laser printer and adhere to the part which is black\/printed. <\/p>\n<p>The process : <\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>Select your design ( You can use free cliparts and printables from internet or can use <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hndmd.com\/craft-supplies\/foils\/free-downloadable-a2-card-size-printables-for-foiling-2-a4-sheets-ctrffp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">free printables provided by us<\/a> or you can create your own design). <\/li>\n<li>Print it on the paper you want to use on you card. You have to use laser printer as we need that toner to stick foil. If you do not have laser printer you can get it printed at any photo copy shop. <\/li>\n<li>Place the foil, shiny side up on design, sandwich  the stack between folded copy paper and run it through <a href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/2v0hEeE\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">laminator<\/a>. <\/li>\n<li>The heat will activate the foil and it will stick to the design. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n<a name='more'><\/a>This is the general process using printed design. There are other ways too to make the foil adhere to your design, which we will see as we proceed further.<\/p>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\">\nLet\u2019s start with the <b>first card:<\/b><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<a href=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-rlQruQXfL34\/WZNOLEWLd7I\/AAAAAAAAAko\/ROMg16K2HikPFGBak6leMytuy250ITETgCK4BGAYYCw\/s1600\/20170813_094211.jpg\" imageanchor=\"1\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" height=\"640\" src=\"https:\/\/www.craftadda.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/20170813_094211.jpg\" width=\"640\" alt=\"\" title=\"\">&nbsp;<\/a><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<a href=\"http:\/\/3.bp.blogspot.com\/-BkBfwrwHY2k\/WZNONaq0JbI\/AAAAAAAAAkw\/md79QhE-fSsrkjYJ8P0PT0gUE9HoH4OtwCK4BGAYYCw\/s1600\/20170813_094312.jpg\" imageanchor=\"1\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" height=\"640\" src=\"https:\/\/www.craftadda.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/20170813_094312.jpg\" width=\"640\" alt=\"\" title=\"\">&nbsp;<\/a><\/div>\n<p>\nI Printed small, uneven dots to mimic the confetti on a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hndmd.com\/papers\/cardstock-pads-and-sheets\/craftangles-white-cardstock-set-of-25-sheets-6-by-6-160-gsm-cawcs-03\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">white CS<\/a> . Cut to my size and pass it through laminator with red foil and blended <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hndmd.com\/craft-supplies\/inks\/tim-holtz-distress-inks-abandoned-coral-tim43188\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Abandon Coral distress ink<\/a> to give some interest to the background. You can blend any <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hndmd.com\/index.php?route=product\/search&amp;search=dye%20ink&amp;description=true\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">dye ink<\/a> over the foil. <i>Please avoid using archival or pigment inks as they will create build up on the foil and ruin its shine.<\/i><\/p>\n<p><b>Card 2:<\/b><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<a href=\"http:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/-GnxA1yh1V0Q\/WZNPGJq24iI\/AAAAAAAAAk8\/nVfoZVSR4eIGNPP0h65hfU-dmV5tfE7zQCK4BGAYYCw\/s1600\/20170813_094409.jpg\" imageanchor=\"1\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" height=\"640\" src=\"https:\/\/www.craftadda.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/20170813_094409.jpg\" width=\"640\" alt=\"\" title=\"\">&nbsp;<\/a><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<a href=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-6HkFo73n6fQ\/WZNPGEPDpyI\/AAAAAAAAAlE\/BDE-E_h1hUk2zOHzhMSPhofPFNQHFcRnwCK4BGAYYCw\/s1600\/20170813_094417.jpg\" imageanchor=\"1\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" height=\"640\" src=\"https:\/\/www.craftadda.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/20170813_094417.jpg\" width=\"640\" alt=\"\" title=\"\">&nbsp;<\/a><\/div>\n<p>For this one, I created design in CorelDraw , printed out the word, love you, cut the panel, foiled it with<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hndmd.com\/craft-supplies\/foils\/gold-reactive-foils-transfer-sheets-by-craftangles-ctrf01\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> golden foil<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hndmd.com\/craft-supplies\/inks\/tim-holtz-distress-inks-cracked-pistachio-tim43218\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">blended cracked pistachio<\/a> over it. It is a small 3\u201dx3\u201d note card, with my initial. I am going to use it as thank you notes to my customers. Polka dots and \u201cN\u201d were easy to design and print. Both are <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hndmd.com\/craft-supplies\/foils\/gold-reactive-foils-transfer-sheets-by-craftangles-ctrf01\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">foiled with golden foil<\/a>. I inked part of polkadot panel using red ink and colored \u201cN\u201d with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hndmd.com\/index.php?route=product\/search&amp;search=zig&amp;description=true&amp;bfilter=m0:194;\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">zig markers<\/a>. Can\u2019t take my eyes off from this one.<\/p>\n<p><b>Card 4:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>This one has process pics too so will be easier to understand.<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<a href=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-BI-Ib2RovX8\/WZNQZ37kTtI\/AAAAAAAAAlk\/VEwrg-RTzQskJYQ_Ovr16-jRI_YHdfbewCK4BGAYYCw\/s1600\/20170810_204353.jpg\" imageanchor=\"1\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" height=\"608\" src=\"https:\/\/www.craftadda.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/20170810_204353.jpg\" width=\"640\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><\/a>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<a href=\"http:\/\/2.bp.blogspot.com\/-i9yh4lIqgmU\/WZNQcJL0nDI\/AAAAAAAAAls\/uSHITA-TeLMe9WFU1gm1AH1Qk7C2XZ44wCK4BGAYYCw\/s1600\/20170812_092247.jpg\" imageanchor=\"1\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" height=\"626\" src=\"https:\/\/www.craftadda.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/20170812_092247.jpg\" width=\"640\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><\/a>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<p>\nI <span style=\"color: #0000ee;\"><u>p<\/u><\/span>rinted this inverted pattern and die cut my alphabets ( I can use the negative panel for another card)<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-65qauLPbBD8\/WZNQrO6HZuI\/AAAAAAAAAl8\/oqjjcZDnaFg4JIedotSOT4Mci-00u-mkQCK4BGAYYCw\/s1600\/20170813_094110.jpg\" imageanchor=\"1\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" height=\"640\" src=\"https:\/\/www.craftadda.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/20170813_094110.jpg\" width=\"628\" alt=\"\" title=\"\">&nbsp;<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-e9G5KlcQt2M\/WZNQqODToRI\/AAAAAAAAAl0\/tWTuQugCWAEEW2HAyJ0dZYffG2ZT3uIaQCK4BGAYYCw\/s1600\/20170813_094119.jpg\" imageanchor=\"1\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" height=\"506\" src=\"https:\/\/www.craftadda.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/20170813_094119.jpg\" width=\"640\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\nFoiled the alphabets with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hndmd.com\/craft-supplies\/foils\/rainbow-reactive-foils-transfer-sheets-by-craftangles-ctrf09\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">rainbow foil<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>Honestly, I was very sceptical about how the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hndmd.com\/craft-supplies\/foils\/rainbow-reactive-foils-transfer-sheets-by-craftangles-ctrf09\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">rainbow foil<\/a> will look but man&#8230; I am head over heals with it. The blend of colors and shine is so gorgeous that you actually don\u2019t need any thing else on the card. So I I kept rest of the card very simple. Added few diecut borders to mimic rainbow and to balance out colors.<\/p>\n<p><b>Card 5:<\/b><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<a href=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-5QvOEbx4jDw\/WZNRC-TAd2I\/AAAAAAAAAmE\/MBLR4p3TmOgweJMKUFDRB5EK3VPcyyZswCK4BGAYYCw\/s1600\/20170813_094356.jpg\" imageanchor=\"1\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" height=\"640\" src=\"https:\/\/www.craftadda.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/20170813_094356.jpg\" width=\"640\" alt=\"\" title=\"\">&nbsp;<\/a><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<a href=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-fWbaLKM4Ick\/WZNRDJpj9tI\/AAAAAAAAAmM\/RBNUqISjiFA_AzBpuMAnELyrOfqmocN7wCK4BGAYYCw\/s1600\/20170813_094341.jpg\" imageanchor=\"1\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" height=\"640\" src=\"https:\/\/www.craftadda.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/20170813_094341.jpg\" width=\"640\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><\/a><\/div>\n<p>The last one is done without printer. <\/p>\n<p>I have used the latest release, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hndmd.com\/craft-supplies\/stamps\/craftangles-photopolymer-stamps-everyday-sentiments-ctps31\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">everyday sentiment stamp<\/a> to create this card. I stamped the sunflower stamp with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hndmd.com\/craft-supplies\/stamps\/craftangles-photopolymer-stamps-everyday-sentiments-ctps31\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">versamark ink<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hndmd.com\/craft-supplies\/embossing-powders\/ranger-embossing-powder-clear-epj37330\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">clear embossed<\/a> it. Put a piece of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hndmd.com\/craft-supplies\/foils\/copper-reactive-foils-transfer-sheets-by-craftangles-ctrf08\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">copper foil<\/a> and run it through <a href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/2v0hEeE\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">laminator<\/a>. The heat of laminator will adhere foil on the embossed part. I color the image using some water colors.
