\nHappy August to you all!<\/p>\n

It’s Shabneez here with my first post of the month.  This time I’ve concentrated on using the new CrafTangles sentiment stamps in different ways.<\/p>\n

\n<\/a>For my first make I stamped the image twice and used my zig pens with water to colour them.  I then stamped the sentiment so it looked like a continuation of the stem. <\/p>\n

\n<\/div>\n
\nAfter fussy cutting the sunflower head I layered it with foam pads to give it a 3D effect and matted it on to yellow card stock.<\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\n\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\nFor my second card I used pencil crayons to colour in the image on kraft card after stamping it twice. I added a touch of liquid pearls to the centre.<\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\n\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\nI finished off by adding the sentiment to the right and adding copper foil which I thought went really well with the liquid pearls.<\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\n\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n
\n<\/div>\n
\nFor my final use of a sentiment I decided to make a tag.  I die cut a tag, used distress ink over it then added liquid pearls through a stencil.<\/div>\n

\nI really liked the effect it gave – shimmer and texture in one!<\/p>\n

I used my Zig pens again to colour in the image after I’d heat embossed it.  I stamped the sentiment on to a mini tag this time and tied it with ribbon – cute, don’t you think?!<\/p>\n
