This is Melod\u00e9e here with my first guest design post for the month. With Valentine’s day just a few days away, I created a mini album using a paper pad by CrafTangles. I was sent a paper collection called ‘Tender Feeling<\/a>‘ . The paper collection is indeed tender as the colours are very soft and full of dainty designs. I would recommend this pad to every crafter as it is apt for this season of Love.<\/p>\n

The mini album measure 6″*6″ with a 1 3\/4″ spine with 6 pocket pages and tags . For the cover of the album I used a canvas cloth to give it a shabby chic feel.
Instead of using the regular base pocket pages with pull out tags, I decided to combine it with some interactive card folds. <\/p>\n

Here is how the front of mini album cover looks like.<\/p>\n

The inside of the front cover has a waterfall feature.<\/p>\n

Page 1 and 6 have a flap with a pull out tag.
Behind page one I have used the accordion card fold.<\/p>\n

On two pages I used a simple belly band with two photo mats.<\/p>\n

On every other page I used a interactive card fold.
The remainder of the pages I created a pocket with two photo mats.<\/p>\n

On the inside of the back cover I made an aperture card where a passport size photo can be stuck with room for journaling.<\/p>\n
