Brushes<\/a> are an investment. Correct selection of brush will ease your efforts and help you get better results in your artwork.<\/p>\n

HANDLE LENGTH<\/b>
\nGenerally the long handle, about
\n9\u201d in length, is for easel work\/traditional oil and acrylic painting. A
\nshort handle, 5\u201d to 6\u201d in length, is for watercolour and other painting
\ndone at a table.<\/p>\n

SIZE<\/b>
\nUsing an appropriately sized brush head will save painting time and premature wear. Use of
\nsmaller size brushes, below size 4, are usually for detail work, medium
\nsizes, 4 to 6, are for small areas, and large size brushes, above size
\n6, are for broad spaces.<\/p>\n
