By applying to or participating in the CraftAdda Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by these Affiliate Terms & Conditions.
1. Program Overview
The CraftAdda Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to promote our art and craft supplies using their unique referral links and earn a commission on eligible referred sales.
We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.
2. Affiliate Commission
Approved affiliates will earn a commission of 3% on eligible sales generated through their valid affiliate referral link. Some Categories may have different commission structures, which would be informed here.
Commissions are calculated only on successful, completed, and eligible orders, and not on orders that are canceled, refunded, returned, charged back, self-referred, or found to be fraudulent or in breach of these terms.
3. Referral Tracking and Cookie Duration
All referrals are tracked using the affiliate’s unique referral link or any other approved tracking method provided by CraftAdda.
The cookie duration for this program is 30 days, which means a referred customer must complete an eligible purchase within 30 days of clicking the affiliate link for the commission to qualify, subject to final attribution rules.
CraftAdda reserves the right to determine the final attribution of any referral in cases involving duplicate referrals, overwritten cookies, coupon misuse, suspicious activity, or tracking conflicts.
4. Payouts and Withdrawal
The payout method for this affiliate program is store credit only issued by CraftAdda.
Affiliate earnings may be withdrawn only once the approved affiliate balance reaches Rs. 1,000.
If an affiliate wishes to receive payment in their bank account instead of store credit, they must share their valid UPI ID or bank details once their balance reaches the Rs. 1,000 threshold. (This is subject to the sole discretion of CraftAdda by HNDMD)
CraftAdda may place payouts on hold for verification in cases involving excessive returns, suspected fraud, policy violations, or account review.
5. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates must provide accurate information during sign-up and keep their affiliate account details updated at all times.
Affiliates must promote CraftAdda in a lawful, truthful, and brand-safe manner and must not use spam, false claims, fake offers, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, or misleading advertising methods.
Affiliates may not misuse CraftAdda’s brand name, trademarks, logos, domain variations, or social media identity in a way that implies official representation without prior written approval.
6. Promotional Restrictions
Affiliates may not bid on CraftAdda branded keywords in paid search campaigns or run ads that directly impersonate or compete with the official CraftAdda brand unless written approval is provided.
Affiliates must not publish any defamatory, misleading, offensive, or inaccurate content about CraftAdda, its products, offers, or policies.
7. Disclosure Requirement
Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship wherever required by applicable advertising, endorsement, consumer protection, or platform rules.
Any content containing affiliate links, including blog posts, videos, emails, reels, or social media posts, should clearly state that the affiliate may earn a commission from qualifying purchases.
8. Brand Assets and Content
CraftAdda may provide affiliates with approved banners, product images, descriptions, logos, and promotional creatives for use in marketing
Affiliates may not alter, distort, or misuse these materials in a misleading or damaging manner.
Affiliates must not make false claims regarding product features, pricing, discounts, stock availability, or endorsements.
9. Suspension or Termination
CraftAdda may suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time for fraud, misuse, inactivity, non-compliance, deceptive promotion, or breach of these terms.
Any unpaid commission connected to invalid, refunded, canceled, fraudulent, or non-compliant transactions may be withheld, reversed, or canceled.
Affiliates may also leave the program at any time by notifying CraftAdda in writing.
10. Changes to the Program
CraftAdda may update or modify these terms, commission structure, promotional rules, payout process, or affiliate eligibility requirements at any time.
Continued participation in the program after any such update will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
CraftAdda will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program, except where prohibited by applicable law.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website, tracking platform, or commission reporting system.
