Brilliance Archival Ink pads work amazingly on glossy surfaces (including vellum), coated papers, photos etc. They are used extensively in stamping and can be very easily applied to ordinary paper, tissue, wood and other porous surfaces. Depending on the color type – matte or pearlescent; Brilliance Archival Ink pads can give you either a brilliant matte or a shimmery effect. They are waterproof in dry state
