Compass Cutter cuts a 3/8″ (1 cm) to 5-7/8″ (15 cm) diameter circle. It is perfect for papers, films, leather, vinyl, and rubber.
The cutter features a comfortable grip, dual-action safety lock, automatic blade retraction, and a stationary pivot needle on a rubber backed center to prevent holes.
