These dies are a good alternatives to expensive brands like Spellbinder. For a newbie like me I am always looking for cheaper alternatives. These dies cut easily though 100 to 150 gsm. You will need to put the die through machine 3 -4 times if you are using thicker papers or foils. They do cut those too.
