What is the order processing time?
All international orders are processed within 3-5 business days before shipment.

Shipping charges are based on the weight of the package and the destination country. The final shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Once dispatched, international deliveries take approximately 7-10 business days. Please note that this can vary depending on customs clearance procedures in your country. Please note that no adjustments will be made in case of such delays.
Who is responsible for customs duties and taxes?
Any import duties, VAT/Taxes, and/or customs charges applicable in the destination country must be paid by the customer (importer). These charges are levied by the destination country’s customs office and are not included in the product or shipping cost and must be settled with your local authorities.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept international cards only for processing export payments. Domestic (Indian) cards will not be accepted for international orders, and any such orders would be cancelled and refunded.
Which courier service do you use?
All international shipments are handled by DHL, ensuring secure and reliable delivery.
Can I cancel my order?
Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled. We kindly ask you to double-check your order before confirming.
Do you accept returns?
We’re unable to accept returns unless your item arrives with a product defect. Only refunds are processed in cases where a product defect is confirmed.
