When you fill out the PreOrder form available at HNDMD, you submit to us the products that you intend to preorder. On the form, you can fill in your details, and add products by clicking ‘Add Items’ at the bottom of the form. You can add as many products as you wish. Once you fill out all the products you intend to buy, click on the Submit button to send the list to us. You would also be required to create an account at HNDMD (in case you don’t have one already) so that we can post tracking updates to you once we ship your confirmed order.
Post you submit the product list, your pre-order is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Total Amount: Once you submit your order list, we would reply back to you with the total order amount (depending on the current conversion rate as per the bank). You would be required to make a payment against that.
- Payments: All the payments are to be made 50% in advance and your preorder would be confirmed ONLY after that. Pending payment needs to be done after the items arrive at our warehouse and before they are dispatched to you.
- Unavailability: Even with our best efforts, sometimes a few products are out of stock with the manufacturers and our suppliers. We would notify you of such products before confirming your order. In case one / few of the preorder items are not received/unavailable once the shipment arrives we will let you know and the amount would be adjusted/refunded with your pending payment.
- Timelines: It can take up to 30-45 days post-confirmation for your order to be delivered to you. Having said that we also love quick deliveries 🙂 so speedy deliveries are our priority
- Item Prices: Items are priced at their MRP only. In case a product shows a discount on the manufacturer’s website, the item would still be priced at MRP. As wholesalers, the retail discounts are not necessarily passed on to us. Since these items are gotten just for you, there are Minimum Order Quantities that we need to buy from the brands. If After your Preorder there are items left due to minimum order purchases from the brand, they will be listed on the website for quick clearance at a price lower than your preorder price. Please do not compare.
- Free Shipping: Free shipping would be provided to preorders above Rs. 999
- Cancellations: Once you confirm the order and we receive the payments, the order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
